I don't understand why it would be scary if the BOD were dumped. In my opinion, in simple terms they are there for the strategy and direction of the business and subsequently employ the management to achieve these objectives. Other roles like renumeration and audit are of less consequence with the current proposal.

In my opinion removal of the Chairman and or board of directors with a fresh new board/Chairman can change this deal in an instant. The company keeps running as is, under the direction of the CEO and COO etc. A new board is voted in who frame the new strategy and direction of the company based on the majority of shareholders broad wishes.

CTP did it and the stock is flying INQ has just done it relatively seemlessly with just a bit of an overhang of stock.

In my opinion the stock is already at a disastrous price, so going to .02 in my opinion won't occur, more likely to go up strongly in my opinion.
