I have seen a few comments also that all the top 20 are for the deal, which would make our debates here pointless as it is already a done deal. It is strange that there has not been any mention of this by the board, nor even an updated top 20 holdings list. I could not get any response from FML to my enquiries by email, maybe it is worth the phone call myself.

If the top 20 holders are all in support of the SG offer, but not buying on market at current prices then what is the deal here? The volume has been so low it is not like anyone is buying. It is good that the selling has also dried up, but given the current price 25% below the offer that is less surprising.

I would really like to know what level of disclosure would be required if there were additional deals on the table with the larger holders of FML, either between a third party or SG.
