But again , I would ask why do we need another Partner to take us to that next step. I though Piedmont was our Partner . A partner who at least has to ' Agree ' to coming with us on the next step. So I ask.....what is wrong with this picture.....
And I think I know that you all know what I'm getting at.
They are clearly NOT a partner at all are they. Not in the real ' Canadian ' or Quebec sense of the word anyway. Are they....?. Else why would you make this sort of statement.
And I know BL say's he's NOT a seller in his holdings , but seriously 9 out of 10 times from a psychology point of view , if you're making a bold statement like that , its quite likely you would probably entertain the opposite if that partner who could take us to the next step actually did come along.
And I can't help but remember that podcast with BL and KP where KP stated that if everything worked out the way he thought , in 10 or 15 years or something to that effect , that and he and BL would be long gone. Riding off into the sunset so to speak. Now we're already into year 3 of that 10 - 15 year journey. And Authier nor Tansim are nowhere even remotely closer to getting up. And I would think as I stated that they have Buckley's chance and none of getting Moblan up and about in only 4 years.
And just look at Nemaska. Pallinghurst ends up dropping out with its bold $billion dollar commitment statement to Quebec. Up to that point and since then , Livent has hardly said ' Boo ' about the project , and now they ( Quebec ) find themselves have to entertain and allow a further consolidation of its Lithium Industry to amalgamate the Allkem James Bay projects with Livent's Whabouchi / Becancour project. Lets see if they actually get all that up and running by 2025. I actually doubt it very much at this stage. So they're running out of ' Puff ' in my opinion. , and can't really kick the can down the road any further with respects to a lot of these faltering projects like Authie , Tansim - Lac Simard etc....etc...
So yeah ,I'm calling BS to BL's statements , and he would probably accept an offer if it came along. Even now. And so would Quebec I reckon . Else they themselves will be the ones wearing the additional $200 to $300 million or more it will take to get Moblan up and running to just its Concentrating capacity. So yeah total BS.
