Dear Ms Darby,

I write to your concerning the future of our company, Global Minerals Exploration (GXN).

I was a shareholder in the old GNI, and sold out at a 50% loss about a month before GNI was rebranded GXN.

After watching the GXN share price hover around 1.0c to 1.2c, I decided to re-buy shares in GXN at 0.9c

Again, I am down 50% on my second investment in the Company.

My questions to you are:

* The S249D notice has been issued. I, like many shareholders are extremely disappointed with the current status of our Company. I am not just talking share price, I am talking cash position, drilling results released to date and financial transactions / loans that GXN has been involved with. Why should shareholders continue to support the current board and your position as a Director?

* How do you see the company growing if you remain as Director / Managing Director?

* Out of the $1.6 million raised, less than 15% was spent on exploration. With the tenements that GXN hold, the "nearology" looks extremely promising so why are not spending a larger percentage on drilling / exploration?

* How can our Company with a market cap of approx. $2.5 million, who has just raised $1.6 million afford to loan approx. $650,000 to other entities? How are these loans in the best interests of shareholders, instead of say, spending another $650,000 on exploration?

* When are the loans meant to be repaid and what interest rates are being charged?

* What do you and the other Directors of GXN attribute the current share price too and how would you rate the performance / milestones achieved of the Company to date compared to other micro-cap explores listed on the ASX over the last 12 months?

* What catalysts do you see for the share price and the perceived value of our company to increase over the next 6-12 months?
