Questions / Comments for IBC

We have an avenue to present any questions to the IBC. And here it is. That is, ask here. I guess you can put a comment in as well. I am not going to vet them. So, please be respectful and reasonable.

Time is of the essence. That is a new scheme with Apex may appear... soon. Or the old scheme may just remain... already here. Whatever happens will be soon.

If the IBC wishes to address any questions / comments here they will do so / include in a public release. There is no promise to address any or all of them. In this thread, I think it unwise for any hotcopper member to COMMENT on any question or comment another member raises. This is not to be a back and forth discussion thread between members. It is simply an avenue for one way traffic (questions / comments) to the IBC.

I think it wise to label your questions / comments. So mine would be danhoffQC1, and danhoffQC2, etc. We can just add them post by post.

I hope this idea is not a disaster. I hope we simply get a list of valid questions / comments that the IBC can read! Remember, any responses they will simply put in a future public release... if they want to respond. No guarantees.
