Was the IBC in place from the start of the negotiation process with PEP or were ZEN management / Executive directors initially involved in negotiating with PEP on behalf of ZEN? At what point of the negotiation process with PEP did the proposal that management would participate in the equity of the bidding entity get disclosed or discussed with independent directors? When did ZEN management / Executive directors step aside in concluding the negotiations with PEP and the agreed terms of the SID on behalf of ZEN?
