    Buddy, interesting today in the AFR - back page -Rear Window, it says that the ASX listing rules state that "an entity must not issue or agree to issue equity securities without the approval of holders of ordinary securities for 3 months after it is told in writing that a person is making, or proposes to make, a takeover for securities in it"...

    Not sure how a SOA fits into this...but I guess that means that CTP could not hv commenced a capital raising back in Feb. March..without SH approval...which would hv taken an EGM.

    Interesting as to why CTP never stated this - was this simply just a lack of communication....or indifference to shareholders. So yeah shareholder/stakeholder engagement & communication is important part of the business, in my considered opinion... Hassko - any thoughts?
