    Q to Bruce - Why haven't you appointed a COO with mining execution skills. Clearly your past examples of failed timelines for the last 2 years and announcements like 3-4 offtakes by Xmas 2020 demonstrate your lack of experience in delivery. Appointing a hands on exec will be key to delivering what this company can do.
