first of all, esi has that many options. if they had more staff they could go off and do them in tandem
anyway...it is asian custom to take ones time in negotiating. lets face it, esi is small cap, VC not. it will be done when VC is ready. the deal will not fail, and could happen any day now, if its a couple days or weeks or whatever thats fine... it will get done.
to write a contract covering, presumably a 20 year span or so, doesnt happen overnight
