Remember RC had a deal to swap 35% in exchange for the remaining 50% to be free carried. This was so lucrative that NXS would pay Shell 75m plus a 2-3% royalty for the extension privilege? CRUX was worth a fortune. Who cares about ES, it still has no value, but maybe NXS want to keep it that way for some other beneficiary.
