Doesn't matter what size businesses CEOs manage, there is a ground swell by investors asking for remunerations to be justified, would it NOT be great to see the company say 'we would like to see shareholders approve these remunerations AFTER shv had been realised'!, according to their forecasts that is only one year away, sooner if we get a pharma deal.
