FTE reduction savings will stick, manufacturing success rates are now at 75%. It is about establishing a savings run rate, which has been done.
The company has given firm guidance to which they can be held accountable. They we wouldn't do this lightly. If anything I'd expect they have built in a buffer which gives us potential upside. This is how businesses are run. We already have 1 Quarterly report showing they are on target.
Like I said, if there was a major remuneration issue then Twiggy etc would intervene. Feel free to vote no though.
