1) Need to update on PRMS resource potential - is new regional play with seismic coverage so they must have an idea. Not required by ASX but would help understanding of endgame. Note 1.6 mT/pa is 230 mmcfd which is already 2 TCF over the 25 year plant life - so need 2 TCF 2C - We say the market is uniformed on where that comes from. So need description of limit of U dolomite, size of structures, charge pathways, strat trap potential, fluids distribution, oil legs?, and wells required

2) Biggest problem is comedy valuation - relying solely on uninformed retail. Need to set up proper IR department to communicate with and attract institutional shareholders - also need to do analyst day / capital markets day to attract bank / analyst coverage as well - current low liquidity is self defeating

3) Need to discuss funding arrangements - given equity market currently closed how propose to fund appraisal drilling, FEED and eventual development. Market implying endless dilution

4) Need to discuss M&A - either how prevent low ball bid or is it better for shareholders to merge now with well funded and well managed larger player to drive the program - is it time to start a process?

5) Need to discuss if board needs strengthening / deepening to satisfy institutional risk appetite

6) Need to speed up evaluation process - how can this be achieved? - have wasted over a year already - stop blaming ORG
