Why have none of the directors put their hand in their pocket in...

Why have none of the directors put their hand in their pocket in the past two years to buy shares on market? That would be my question. Surely the constraints on directors buying have not blanketed that entire period. Do they not believe in the company's 'we're closing in on a big find' story?

With the share price languishing where it is, Mike will want to have something good up his sleeve tomorrow at the AGM or one would imagine he and his fellow directors will face a barrage of tough questions. The major shareholders can't be too happy. The minor ones aren't that impressed either.
