Markets can be fickle. Unfortunately, the results from last week didn't seem to impress the market, to the extent that some long term shareholders on this forum have quit (you are missed al.toh).
I am biased. I have a few years salary in RFG. As I usually do when I have skin in the game, I will call the CFO/CEO to ask some polite questions.
If anyone has short, succinct questions that need answering, please set them down below & I will bring them up.
My own questions will centre on:
- Soul Patts, and how closely involved they are in RFGs day to day operations. Remember, Soul Patts is the ASX's second oldest company. They are extremely conservative and they rarely make mistakes. These folks bring good sense to the table. Had they been involved years ago, RFG would not have had it's near-death experience.
- How Gloria Jeans, an international brand, is fairing overseas?
- Will there be a dividend soon?
- Skin in the game is essential. Can we have a greater commitment by staff & directors to be more active in buying RFG shares?
