I don't think it works like that. It would have be approved by OBJ & P&G prior to filming. Once filmed and releases signed no approval would be required before going to air.
It is publicity. It's all good. Some people (albeit an insignificant % of the world market) who were not aware of Magnemasks and magnetic application technology are now. It's all good.
Forget ACA and maybe use the conference call to ask significant questions.
