I have already lodged a complaint with ASIC some 4 months ago. They acknowledged the complaint, and 2 months or so later I followed them up and have heard nothing. Given everything that has occurred with the Royal Commission I would have thought it to be in ASIC’s best interests to be open and transparent.....but alas...

I hope the Board have advised their Directors and Officers Liability insurers that there is something about to happen....because if ASIC does nothing then the Board will need someone to be paying their legal fees when the Class Action takes place!
