Great questions @galaxy1 would be very interested in the response.
Very similar line of questioning to a few of my e-mails so the more people he hears from the better.

We all shouldn't have to continually contact FYI for updates but unfortunately, at least if I talk for myself, it has been the only way I have been able to get answers. I'm probably on his list of annoying holders but I hold a similar parcel to you galaxy1 so I think we have a right to know what is going given the $ on the table.

You can understand if he was copping heat from a holder with a small parcel of 100,000 that had been holding for a few months for example that he would just ignore them but he should really be getting back to you very quickly given number of shares held and just as importantly how long you have been holding.
