I'd definitely sign up to a class action, looks to be the only way i will recoup some of my extensive losses.

i would sit back and accept the paper loss if it were an investment risk based on truthful communication and reality. However i am not sure that is the case, and i reckon i ain't the only one suffering the consequence of disingenuous communication. if a CA is what it takes to hold these types to account then so be it...
