I'd go back to the diagrams I used to refer to about commercialisation of chemical companies. AJX is now quite clearly not an outstanding performer but looks much more like the ordinary end of average. One can only wonder about the internal missteps and what could have been achieved if a few things had been done differently. "
I was thinking about the reasons for slow uptake and lagging sales etc last night and was going to start a new thread titled "Lost in Translation"
Whatever happened to the whole cornerstone of our product development being "Environmentally Friendly" FR, WR, and PCT products, this was our prime marketing tool.
AJX products are the equal if not better than any in the business and they won't kill you by using them.
Also what has happened regarding the TSCA and the timeframes for our competition to cease using their toxic ingredients.
I believe AJX shouldn't be marketing to textile producers but rather the large volume retailers and end users both on performance and toxic safety.
Just an opinion.
