I'm surprised, nearly every person here is of the impression that they have been deceived by intent with misleading statements from the company, or am I misreading the hundreds of posts above from white hot angry shareholders/ex?
How could you possibly be the CEO and release all those "milestone" statements and not know that some was not true and did would not occur? which is how it has panned out.
But of course the CEO was very well remunerated over the years, and his shares were free so define profit because a dollar in the bank is a dollar regardless of how it arrived.

And in terms of profit perhaps the shareholders of the original investor company in the Cayman Islands should be traced. That huge tranche of shares owned were all sold somewhere down the track.
