It may be stupid for current holders, but for those that have exited at a huge loss.. Either way, there must be some sort of insurance that can cover them.. I personally think the ex CEO (at the very least) needs to be made accountable. He got away with the other court case (for unfair dismissal), but he shouldn't be allowed to get away with the bs he spun us (while getting very handsomely rewarded).
