Look I am sitting on a loss as well, I am not happy with the current SP, but point me to the EXACT statement that you believe is deceit ... and then show me the intent to deceive and the profit made by the related parties. Remember the person that made the statement has to have known at the time that it was wrong and they did it to specifically profit in some way.
Feeling deceived is one thing, proving deceit in court is another altogether.
