in theory i agree but if i were him I would be expressing confidence in the business and then say that as my financial needs change I may make decisions about my investments that meet my needs at that time - well words to that effect - and we wont be any the wiser. more of an issue in my mind is that we make meaning of his shareholding. Its quite possible that he decides to sell simply because he has had enough of annoying Alexium shareholders.

BTW I also don't think we should expect Dirk to buy on market. Not all MD's do so and we shouldn't read anything into that either
