    Thanks very much alhotcop9 it is a very honest and comprehensive list of Managements failings. When you read this document you can't help but see we are where we are for a reason and that reason is failed promises and false advertising. I guess we shall see and judge new managements thoughts and commentary come the half yearly. Lets hope this ship starts turning for at the moment we are resembling the good ship Titanic!
