"Considering the phrasing of resolutions 11 and 12, with the amount of funds having been raised why is there a need to "free up" the cap for further issuance of shares without shareholder approval?"
"Can the board state, without equivocation, that the credit note will NOT be repaid with shares (or options) rather than cash, as is allowed under the C/N agreement?"
