I feel sorta bad for having posted about Nick. It's done. It's over. I never had the energy to finish off the case to ASIC though it's sitting there in its nearly finished form.

I think that we have crossed a threshold now. ASIC did act enough to force two new directors and so we have a chance of things being sorted out. Maybe if it doesn't produce results I'll refer the matter but for the time being I think the share price has been punished enough. Time for recovery. Time to prove this was not just another scheme. Looking forward to Tuesday representing the line in the sand - the point at which the business comes back from the dead.
