Finally someone mentions the magic words, Class Action. The only words that make company directors start to sweat.

This qualifies:
Directors issued deliberate misleading guidance to the market which investors bought on;
Investors later sold at a loss when guidance proved to be false.
Class Actions are pro bono (you DONT pay)
The biggest issue would be the N C statements re DoD a done deal. I think the the SP went over a $1 on that one alone. It was a premeditated false statement designed to decieve the market.
However you must first sell to crystallize the loss.( My understanding, Im not a lawyer)

Questions are nice, but court is better and we might get 10c in the dollar.

And it's not just AJX taking punters for dopes. The ASX is riddled with non revenue companies with directors taking much higher fees than GR ever did.
