questions for esi

I have a number of questions , that as a shareholder ,I feel should be be answered by the ESI directors for all ESI's shareholders benefit.

Q1:

Can ESI confirm that Jeffrey Castellas (CEO of Clean Technology Australia) will represent ESI on a trip to India for the purpose of advancing a J/V opportunity to prospective Indian participants,as reported in the Sunday Telegraph on 26/7/09. If so when will this trip take place
and to whom will the presentation be made and in what forum?

Q2:

Will ESI be represented at the Resource Victoria Conference set for 17-19th August 2009.

Q3.

Is the Due Diligence process still underway with TINCOM to set up the "announced" SPV to progress to a full Feasibility study on the Commercialisation of the Coldry process or has it stalled?

Q4:

What progress has been made on the signing off on a Heads of Agreement with a Coal Supplier in the Latrobe Valley or elsewhere?

Has a Memorandum of Understanding been signed with any potential supplier yet?

I notice that TINCOM will have the rights to sell Coldry Pellets into China ,according to company shareholder release information.

Q5:

Does this preclude ESI dealing with other parts of China where Tincom will not be selling?

The only announcements that have been coming out for ESI of late have been Appendix 3B notices and I feel a lot of shareholders would like a response on progress.

I represent a number of shareholders ,including myself and these questions need clarification at least for us.

I have noted that othe ASX listed companies on hotcopper have their company representatives respond to shareholders via posts an example of this is PLV where the CEO reponded to shareholders today on a Q&A basis. This may an an idea for ESI to emulate.
