ps... to state the obvious, the 3B boring announcements are esi's only cash flow stream beyond the adequate cash they now have in the bank - nothing wrong with staying ahead this time

hopefully there is a tax credit again, circa to last year's

and Tincom of course wil fund the SPV

once this has commenced everything will be a whole lot easier... and one proven up commercially esi will be able to commence roll out to numerous parties globally - and quickly, for the cash it gets from deal A will fund all the personnel (and more) its needs to roll out to B, C, D, E....

SPV, as someone else alluded to will mean Instos can come on - which one would assume would may the price, go, er upwards for those short termers out there

and the obvious point that ESI will likely be taken over before ,C C, D, E... just my opinion, which i've held for some time (publically)

ps, i think the market will correct fairly soon (end Aug/Sept)... ESI has a very low beta to market, and illiquidity aside i think will not move in line with market gyurations
