Answer is no and no.We bought in on the Tech not the management.
We did our research on the the tech and we have no need to attend. Tech stacks up.We all run serious businesses to pay our bills and lifestyles.
I am more concerned about managements ability to maximise the impact globally with the Tech and sell the IP.
One of my other posts have said clearly that if the management need some help..given their lack of liquidity and staffing issues as a result..some shareholders might be willing to render some assistance.
If you don't understand what I am saying then have a good think about it.
Some shareholders may actually have contacts in the very business that ESI operates in offshore.Our group deals with the Asian countries..hint!
