Management does not require people to put thier hands up to help . ECT have sourced some of the best in the business to set ECT up . IMO we will be world leaders and are already surrounding ourselves with the worlds best.

IMO buying into the Tech is not the best move, If you dont know who will be managing it !
If management did not know what day of the week it was or failed to keep the company afloat, the tech would be sold off to the highest bidder and you and your crew would be left with Jack!
I don't need to play guessing games about other peoples posts, I have spoken to and met everyone personally from ECT management.
