Is the Due Diligence process still underway with TINCOM to set up the "announced" SPV to progress to a full Feasibility study on the Commercialisation of the Coldry process or has it stalled?

I think you will find this has stalled at the point of who is going to be part of the SPV. In essence for the SPV to work then Loy Yang (who have the coal) or another body who has coal has to be part of the SPV as well. The question is how much is ESI or Tincom willing to give up to have access to the coal.

The SPV is still going forward but it can't go far if they have no coal.

Q4:

What progress has been made on the signing off on a Heads of Agreement with a Coal Supplier in the Latrobe Valley or elsewhere?

Has a Memorandum of Understanding been signed with any potential supplier yet?

The simple answer is NO their is no MOU with any entity that has access to coal. See comments re - point 3.
