- Does Geoff think that it's a significant responsibility of his, and the board's, to maximise shareholder value?
- I would consider this to be one KRA in his performance assessment. So how does he think he/they have perfomed in this area? (Hint: have a look at the current market price and market depth - not a lot of confidence being shown at the moment)
- Depending on his answer: - Why does Geoff think he/the board have not failed in this area?
