I have bought the later because it does the job as good as the other & even give them out free !
Following is my analogy !
Testing device containing - "Mix & Go"
10 off - Leading Brand - Price - $$$$
100 Off - Generic brand - Price - $
The big branded companies wanting to use "Mix & Go" would like to make sure that they will not be hit with competitive cheap products which also may end up using "Mix & go" in their recipe,because no one is yet given an exclusive deal. Hence, the tug of war between lawyers for the guaranteed performance, exclusivity, royalty, blah blah blah.
Question to self, Is this why the deals are taking so long ?
