No one said the estate could not sell the stock. They should have thought about it a little more before they off loaded it the way they did. A short consultation with sdl management would not have hurt. I'm sure they would have found several buyers who would have each taken a chunk of that large parcel.
BTW. I have been holding SDL shares since early 2007...... I jumped on board because KEN was involved. I wanted to follow the dream just as he did and now it has been taken away.
Ask yourself this question. Would Ken have sold (some may say gave away) his stock at such a low price?
I would say NO as some of his own stock was purchased in the 50's....
