I would suggest for dematic effect only, becuase that is all it would be that we get the last three years of quotes from SDL and in particular the last 18 months, line up the dates and quotes from the CEO and Board, along with ASX announcements and ask at the AGM for a formal response to each of the suggested iminent, advanced, multiple interested parties negotiations and have them state in what context each comment was made given most now would no longer be sensative market information. Of course other potentail bidders might fall into that catigory however most of the comments could be clarified if they are brave.

If there was interest I am happy to date and time all of that which would be at least 20 items and then we could have a least 1000 share holders sign it and submit it as a agenda item for the board on the day, of course they would denie it to be tabled but since we will CC the Fin Review and ASIC, I suggest they take the time to carefully articuate the answers.....

Also the kicker would be see if the options that were cashed have been influenced by the spin and if so maybe even suggest a board with any intergrity might forfit the shares given they have decieved the investors....
