What MUST be said is that... " MR has less human relation and negotiation skills than hairs on his bald shiny head." He is both the accelerator and brake of the company. He wets your appetite and drops the plate, then blames someone else.

The man is living in the 1950's. It's hard to disagree with most of his hard stand, but its 2010, and he has to grow up, become a better negotiator and deal maker. Or employ someone to do the deals that need to be done.

Being RIGHT is not enough. Lots of good projects not being developed is disgraceful, MR's major share holding sadly puts nobody in his opposition.

If he could apply his good technical work with a dose of humility and empathy, we'd all be winners.
