I think it would be worth collating some sensible and serious questions for the Investor Hub and upcoming AGM, particularly those arising from the 2025 Annual Report. I'm not asking for answers from HC. Just questions. I'll start:
When is the first dose for PARA_OA_012 expected? And what is the expected / current recruitment uptake rate per site?
MPS progression is not mentioned at all in the 2025 Annual Report. What is the latest update for MPS and what are the next steps in the approval pathway?
PAR engaged the services of two consultants in 2023 to assist with partnering opportunities (Plexus and Yafo). Are these firms still engaged and what results have they achieved?
In the 2023 AGM presentation, PAR said it was "on track to secure a licensing agreement [for MPS] in one or multiple regions by the end of FY24". What happened?
Furthermore, in the same document, PAR said it had also received a binding offer for a "regional license in MPS", but this was rejected by the board. Have any other offers been received and why was this one rejected?
How many potential partners have had access to the dataroom over the past 12 months?
Does management believe that simply achieving "operational milestones, including patient recruitment and trial execution", will be enough to support a "more accurate reflection of the underlying value of the iPPS program" and ultimately the potential conversion of the loyalty options issued in February 2025?
What is PAR's stratgey for captial if the Loyalty options do not convert?
What are PAR's potentual earlier commercial pathways referenced in the 2025 Annual Report?
When will the Chair and CEO roles be separated, to align with ASX regulatory guidance?
Will PAR ever seek a peer review of PARA_OA_008?
