Acorn did not take part in the placement and subsequently also sold down to approx 6%..from over 9%
they still hold approx 20M shares and of course any further sell would have to be released to market.. im not sure whether IVR would be able to disclose Acorns intentions otherwise..
They are very astute investors and would obviously be weighing their options but IMHO they will stay.. no question they took a profit but they could well be close to being free carried with their 6%..
time will tell i guess
