There are many questions that need answering, before shareholders are coerced into offering up more money for this company and board.

Will the directors of KMC be taking up their full entitlement?

The underwriting of the capital raising by Kwok and Lee is "conditional", so what are the "conditions" under which they can legitimately remove themselves from the underwriting agreement?

Who is, or will be, the MD/CEO of the company, post the capital raising?

What is the strategic plan for gold exploration, or mining development, going forward?

Is the company still focused on building a gold processing plant?

How will the company build shareholder wealth, post the capital raising?

Will any of the raised capital be used to pay director fees and performance bonuses?

Do Mr Kwok and Mr Lee have any substantial holdings in the creditors owed by KMC?

What will be the make-up of the board after the capital raising?

Shareholders have noticed that a majority of recent ASX company announcements have been related to changes in director holdings.

It would appear the directors have been checking their past book work, and compliance, in fear of an ASIC investigation.

One of them has found a 2010 non disclosure item.

And it looks like another has removed himself from being a trustee of his family or relative's Super Fund, possibly so that if ASIC bring charges, the fund will not be liable (via his participation).

Investors might think about writing the names of these directors on to their office white boards, and not investing in any ASX company on which any of them appear.

It looks like we may have a den of iniquity here, and if not, then simply complete incompetence and slovenly greed.
