for him to be backing it putting 2 + 2 together

aquire kmc (Bullant) on the cheap
which is strategically located smack bang in the middle of Phonenixs tenements

build mill , through a CR or debt instrument

he clearly has cash so he could potentially fund it via a creditor agreement

then start mining bullant & phoenix ground

i think the strategy will be outline post CR however I get the gut feeling that the underwriters do not want SHs to take up there entitlement so he can aquire the largest stake (majority) possible in KMC

2 years realistically before mining starts and then if POG holds up this thing should be a winner

Only reason I am considering taking up my entitlement is because Simon Lee is underwriting it.
