this stinks re the MC Verde Minerals Pty Ltd. everyone just join the dots.

remember that Bullant was owned by ARD. KMC (USN) paid a good price for it. ARDs previous directors included Douglas Charles Daws and Chris Daws.

MC Verde Minerals P/L reg address Boulder WA is owned by Geoffrey Warren Greenhill and Graham McGarry (company search)

A quick google of GW Greenhill produces AMALG Resources NL. which had Greenhill and McGarry as directors + Douglas Charles DAWS as alternate director. Douglas and Chris I believe are brothers. and now we have linked Verde Minerals and the Daws'.

Now, this contract arose as part of the Bullant purchase. Now sometimes there are royalties embeded in tenaments, usually 1,2,3 % of net smelter... BUT 10% of profits? (and what does that really mean)!!!! and $20k pm!!! and ARD made no mention of this.

this smells.

there is no way i will chase my losses on this one. i have written it off.
