Yeah Doug, McVerde Minerals duped Argent into signing that agreement under those outrageous terms.

I note that McVerde have popped up again in the recent Crest IPO.

Also, the McVerde principles (Graham McGarry and Geoff Greenhill) have recently wrested "effective" control of Beacon Gold ASX:BCN, after ditching 3 current directors. I wonder if they would like Bullant back?

Interesting proposition by Stove, re: Lee and the merging of PXG and KMC. I am not sure it will happen, but I would like to know what plans Lee has for KMC, he must have something up his sleeve to underwrite the rescue, he is no fool, and he has made sure he gets a seat on the KMC board.

I have recently sent him an email asking if he can see any way KMC shareholders will be likely to recover the majority of their invested funds. Of course, I do not expect to receive an answer, but I thought it would be an interesting exercise.
