Klaas ... no worries ...I am quite happy to ask the questions that will make management squirm and that noone else is prepared to ask in case manement make them look silly. It won't be the first time and I don't believe that directors of a company should be immune to scrutiny. The share price performance has been pathetic for years now and there have been lots of promises. I'm not going to sit back and wait for management to tell us what's going on because they obviously won't. I don't believe that everything TZ does is sooooooooooo confidential... as in your car amker example.

I'm obviously not going to ask questions about things that management can't disclose and can't comment on (like their share price expectations) ...those questions were in my list simply as things that are on shareholder's minds.

I sure hope you and amex are right about TZ and that its future will be huge .... in fact that's what I believe and that's why I've invested in it. I just think that their disclosure and communication leave a lot to be desired.

Don't you think that its strange that we are being asked to vote on a resolution to consolidate the company's shares to facilitate a move to NASDAQ and yet we have been given not even a clue as to why this is happening at this time, what the structure is for the move to NASDAQ, what the timetable is and why they are recommending a 5:1 consolidation when this will achieve less than half the minimum share price for listing on NASDAQ? With the latter we are either being deliberately kept in the dark ... or its a golden opportunity to double our money ..... I wish I knew which?????
