Questions For Management At Upcoming AGM

Hi all,

With the upcoming 2025 AGM, I think we should start collating a list of questions that shareholders have for management, that they can be asked in a public setting, so all shareholders can share in the responses (this is a public company after all).
The primary topic is obviously the complete destruction of shareholder value, represented by the fall in the share price over the last 3 years (~30.0c to ~5.0c / 85% loss).
Hopefully people can respect the subject matter of this thread and stick to putting forward questions for management, and not gaslighting shareholders about past performance and future dreams.

Questions:
- How do you justify your $732k annual salary after a share price loss of (85%)?


- Sam currently holds ~5m shares and ~36m performance shares.
In the below linked video at 24min 40 sec, you had a bit of a laugh about how loaded up you are with performance shares.
What do shareholders have to laugh or be happy about?

Can you articulate in detail the value created over the last 3 years and highlight where this value is in the 85% collapse of share price?
