Yep, get that you have chip IP and don't sell the end solution, but there are so many... Don't get why only retail investors own the stock. Don't get why no-one else has progressed to a licence stage. Get that things take time, but if you were a potential end-user of this tech and could potentially gain competitive advantage over the whole world, for half a brick, why wouldn't you have done so? Some companies spend more than half a million on tax liablities for their CEO!

The difference between having the best technical product and commercial reality is sales, because without money you won't finish development and then you will be the Beta to the VHS. So without motivated and believable (and believing!) sales people this will die and someone else will change the world.
