I actually have another question, given that was what this thread was for (superG).

What are the return rates on the products?

There also seems to be plenty of bad news stories on Facebook, Twitter and Google reviews of faulty products, poor connectivity and little or nothing being done about it, what is being done about it?

Still lots of hate for the new release on the app, if this company is to survive, they need to put a little more effort into getting that and the abive aspect of the business right.
