1.) Why DM likes to provide false guidance or promises to markets, when they are not sure if they can deliver them just like the imminent deals? Can they keep quite about the deals in future and only announce them when they are finalised. They are providing misleading information to the markets! I can provide heaps of examples like the Latin bank ATM case, property portfolio etc. they are just fluff and bluff with no real $ substances!

2.) How the business can survive in short and long term with the mountain of debts, finances and repayments? What will happen now with the products innovation when Marc is gone? We don’t even know how the low cost lights and switch are going with the sales? Even if they are going good, what will happen after these?

3.) you talk about the business cannot have one positive qtr and the rest are negative and it’s obvious mar qtr results have gone backward. It looks like the 8 goals plan might not be working. Have you resolved the supply chain issues, the deal negotiations with potential customers???
