- What is the biggest challenge/risk that you believe KTD faces that keeps you up at night?
- Could you please elaborate on the strategy that you have in place to move KTD to profitability?
- In your view, what is the most important indicator/metric(s) that shareholders should watch over time to indicate progress in the business?
- What is your long-term view for the business? Where do you think KTD could get to in 5 years' time.
- Who do you see as your biggest competitors in the space for share of wallet?
- Do you think the business is undervalued at the current share price/valuation ($40 million AUD)? If so, why is management not dipping their hands into their own pockets to buy shares on market?
- The valuation multiple (revenue multiple AKA "PSR") has fallen over time and is now at remarkably low levels (< 0.8x revenue). What shareholder communication strategy is in place to fix this?
- KTD management has not presented at an investor conference in the last 2 years. Does KTD have any plans to front the investor community with an investor webinar etc. (either intended at retail or an insto audience)?
- Concerns of a capital raise are hovering over the heads of retail investors despite KTD indicating that they have no immediate plans to raise capital. Could you please ease concerns by re-iterating that no capital raise is planned/required?
- How would you describe the internal culture of the business?
